baroma Loyalty Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Eligibility

1.1 The baroma Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to any individuals who sign up with their email address on our website. Upon successful registration, members automatically enter the Traveller tier.
1.2 Membership is completely free of charge and requires no additional purchase to join.
1.3 Each individual may only have one account. Duplicate accounts may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
1.4 The Program is for personal use only and is not available for businesses or resellers.

2. Earning Points

2.1 Members earn points based on eligible purchases made through baroma’s official website:

  • Traveller:     $1 spent = 2 points
  • Explorer:     $1 spent = 3 points
  • Collector:    $1 spent = 4 points

2.2 Points are earned on all purchases with no exclusions.
2.3 Points are credited to the existing account immediately after purchase.
2.4 Birthday Bonus: Members in Explorer and Collector tiers enjoy 2x points on purchases made during their birthday month.

3. Redeeming Points & Rewards

3.1 Points can be redeemed for discount coupons with the following values:

  • 1,000 points = $20 coupon
  • 2,500 points = $50 coupon

3.2 Coupons cannot be partially redeemed or exchanged for cash.
3.3 Points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

4. Points Expiry & Account Inactivity

4.1 Points expire 12 months from the date of earning if unused.
4.2 If a member's account remains inactive (i.e., no purchases or redemptions) for 12 months, all accumulated points will be forfeited.

5. Membership Tiers & Maintenance

5.1 The baroma Loyalty Program consists of three (3) tiers:

  • Traveller: Default tier upon sign-up
  • Explorer: Members who collects a minimum of 1,600 points in a 12-month period
  • Collector: Members who collects a minimum of 3,600 points in a 12-month period

5.2 Tier Maintenance & Downgrade Policy:

  • Members must meet the minimum number of points requirement within 12 months to maintain their  tier.
  • If the required spending threshold is not met, the member will be downgraded to the appropriate tier based on the number of valid points in their account.
  • Members can regain a higher tier once they meet the required number of points again.

6. Returns & Adjustments

6.1 baroma does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
6.2 Points earned from a purchase remain unchanged as there are no return or exchange policies.
6.3 Expired points cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

7. Program Changes & Termination

7.1 baroma reserves the right to modify or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, at its sole discretion.
7.2 Members will be notified of any changes via email and website updates.
7.3 If the Program is discontinued, members will be given a grace period to redeem their remaining points before expiration.

8. General Terms & Conditions

8.1 Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
8.2 If fraudulent activity is suspected (e.g., misuse, hacking, unauthorized account access), baroma reserves the right to cancel earned points and suspend or terminate the account.
8.3 Enrollment in the Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of baroma’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.
